Membership of the Foundation shall be open to responsible and reputable persons subject to such terms and conditions as appear herein.
The Trustees shall be members of the Foundation.
Admission of Members
The Trustees shall, as they deem fit, admit responsible and reputable persons to the membership of the Foundation in accordance with such criteria as they, from time to time, in their discretion determine.
Volunteers
Volunteers shall be welcome and accorded recognition, but they shall not be members of the Organization unless they apply and are admitted as such by the Trustees.
No membership dues shall be chargeable, but donations and gifts shall be accepted from members.
